David Cheiken, who heads up the New York and Boston offices for Brookfield Property Partners, is leaving the firm. Cheiken is a 16-year veteran of the real estate investment trust, and holds the title of executive vice president. A spokesperson for the firm told the Commercial Observer that Cheiken is “going to pursue other opportunities.” Another source told the publication that he will “take a vacation and look around after that.”
