Disgraced producer Harvey Weinstein has sold his Greenwich Village townhouse for $25.6 million. According to property records, the buyer is Cheget LLC. The house, located at 13 Bank Street, wasn’t publicly listed. Weinstein bought the house for $14.95 million in 2006 through an LLC, Thirban Realty Holdings.
