Another unit in Extell Development’s One57 has sold, this time at a roughly $6 million loss. Unit 63B has sold for $21.5 million, according to property records filed with the city Friday. In 2014, the same unit sold for approximately $27.1 million. The seller is listed as West 57 Hudson LLC, while the buyer is listed as Xanthos Investments Limited.
