Shelter for teens to be replaced by 63-unit apartment complex

A supportive housing facility for teenagers may soon be replaced by an 11-story apartment building. Developer Joseph Banda filed permits to build a 63-unit property at 262 9th Street in Park Slope, near the corner of 4th Avenue and just a few blocks from Washington Park.
