Far Rockaway is getting yet another development. Red Group Management filed plans with the Department of Buildings on Wednesday for a 60-unit complex at 128 Beach 9th Street. The development would stand 17 stories tall and span about 78,000 square feet, split between 73,000 square feet of residential space and 5,000 square feet of space for a community facility.
