Unique People Services, a nonprofit organization focused on supportive housing, plans to bring a 93-unit project in the Bronx. The organization filed plans Wednesday with the city’s Department of Buildings for the 13-story, 135-foot project at 2050 Grand Concourse in Mount Hope.
