Rosenberg & Estis is expanding to more than 50,000 square feet at the Durst Organization’s 733 Third Avenue. The real estate law firm renewed the space it occupies on the 12th and 14th floors of the building, and signed a new, 10-year lease for the entire 16,456-square-foot 15th floor, the New York Post reported.
