Omni New York is heading to 909 Third Avenue. Mo Vaughn and Eugene Schneur’s real estate development firm signed a 10-year lease for nearly 33,000 square feet on the entire 21st floor of Vornado Realty Trust’s building, Commercial Observer reported. The asking rent was in the $70s per square foot, the report said.
