An unnamed buyer for Matt Lauer’s Lenox Hill co-op has been found. The sale price, though the deal is still pending approval from the board, of the 11-room apartment is just over $7 million, according to the New York Post. The listing went up earlier this month and was handled by Stribling & Associates’ Alexa Lambert, Julie Soffen and Marc Achilles.
