Zillow has officially launched a brokerage. The Seattle-based listings giant said starting in 2021, licensed employees will work with sellers interested in cash offers from Zillow through its iBuying program. The employees will work for Zillow Homes, a licensed brokerage, the company said. To start, the agents will work with customers in Atlanta, Phoenix and Tucson. “We’re excited to add another important link in the Zillow Offers transaction chain,” president Jeremy Wacksman said in a statement.
