RXR Realty is joining the march of developers into the South Bronx. The Scott Rechler-led firm has filed plans with the Department of Buildings for a 200-unit residential project at 2413 Third Avenue in Mott Haven. It will span about 224,000 square feet and stand 27 stories and 297 feet tall, and include a small amount of retail space.
