New York City’s largest office landlord is now reckoning with the coronavirus at one of its buildings. SL Green Realty sent a notice to tenants at its 1.1 million-square-foot office tower at 1185 Sixth Avenue after someone who works in the building tested positive for the virus, a spokesperson for SL Green confirmed to The Real Deal.
