A judge has approved the roughly $42 million settlement between the LeFrak Organization and tenants at a Battery Park City complex. New York State Supreme Court Judge Melissa A. Crane signed off on the settlement Sunday, determining that it was “fair, reasonable and adequate,” according to court documents.
