Marc Jacobs has officially closed on the sale of his West Village townhouse, reaping a mere $50,000 more than he paid for it more than a decade ago. Jacobs sold his four-story townhouse at 68 Bethune Street, part of the Superior Ink condominium, for $10.5 million, a property record filed this week shows.
