Though social distancing measures are hampering deal activity, more than $600 million in property trades hit records last week. There were 398 residential sales totaling $424.1 million recorded with the Department of Finance from April 6 through April 10, according to an analysis by The Real Deal. There were also 35 commercial property trades totaling $176.7 million. That’s down on the residential side in comparison to the week prior, which saw 425 sales totaling $504.8
