Brookfield Properties has brought in a high-profile tenant for a little-known Downtown Brooklyn office property, which it picked up in 2018 as part of the Forest City acquisition. Multinational utility company National Grid has signed a 87,000-square-foot lease on the 11th and 12th floors at Two Hanson Place near Barclays Center, the New York Post reported.
