There may be no HQ2, but there’s plenty of Amazon going around New York City. Last week, the e-commerce giant signed a lease for 335,000 square feet at SL Green Realty’s 410 10th Avenue, near Hudson Yards. The retailer is also reportedly nearing a deal to lease RXR Realty and LBA Logistic’s entire 700,000-square-foot vertical warehouse in Maspeth, Queens. Over the summer, Amazon was also reported to be looking for a new 1 million-square-foot logistics facility
