Construction of an enormous rental building at Brooklyn’s Pacific Park can now commence after developers Greenland Forest City Partners and the Brodsky Organization secured a $460 million loan. The tower, at 18 Sixth Avenue, will have 858 rental apartments, including 258 affordable-housing units, the New York Post reports.
