Lisa Gilligan, whose late husband Edward was president of American Express, has sold the couple’s four-story Upper East Side townhouse for $21 million. Gilligan, who could not be reached for comment, is the sole member of seller Tite Street Partners LLC, property records show. The buyer is an entity whose president is Matthew C. Harris.
