Mortgage broker Patrick Ogiony has pleaded guilty to being part of a multifamily real estate scandal involving inflated mortgages, fake incomes and fake residents. Ogiony, of Buffalo, pleaded guilty last week to conspiracy to commit bank fraud, according to HousingWire.
