Brookfield Asset Management refinanced its leasehold on the office tower 1 Pierrepont Plaza in Downtown Brooklyn with a $127.95 million mortgage from Barclays, Citibank and Bank of America, property records show. Brookfield took over the property as part of its acquisition of Forest City Realty Trust, which closed two weeks ago. The company declined to comment.
