Rudin Management heiress is calling it quits on NYC with $12M listing

Rudin Management heiress Beth Rudin DeWoody is looking to unload her long-time Manhattan apartment. DeWoody is the daughter of Lewis Rudin and former executive vice-president of Rudin Management. She has lived in the 5,000-square-foot abode at 10 Gracie Square since 1987. She’s seeking $12 million and Brown Harris Stevens’ Maria Serena Torresy and Cathy Angert are handling the listing, according to the Wall Street Journal.
