Brooklyn’s luxury market picked up for the second week in a row: Stribling

The Brooklyn luxury market picked up again last week, with 20 contracts signed for a total of about $52.9 million. The properties were split between 12 townhouses and eight condos, and they went for an average price of roughly $2.6 million, according to the latest report from Stribling & Associates.
