Signature Bank is expanding by about 21,000 square feet at 1400 Broadway, bringing its total footprint in the building to more than 100,000 square feet. The bank inked a 15-year lease for 91,181 square feet on the sixth, seventh and 27th floors in September and is adding 20,691 square feet on the 26th floor in a new deal, according to Commercial Observer.
