Alphabet Inc., Google’s parent company, has just scooped up a $1 billion business park near its Mountain View headquarters. The tech behemoth purchased Shoreline Technology Park, a 51.8-acre property a few blocks away from its Googleplex, Bloomberg reported. Google is already the main tenant of Shoreline’s 12 buildings.
