Manhattan’s luxury residential market recorded 24 contracts last week at $4 million and up, according to Olshan Realty’s weekly market report. Olshan called the activity a “healthy total in the midst of a much-publicized worrisome housing market.” A sponsor unit at Extell Development’s One57 claimed the week’s top spot, with an asking price of $19.9 million.
