The Rockefeller Group has landed a $202.5 million financing for its planned condominium tower in NoMad. Japanese company Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank provided the debt on 30-32, 34 and 36 East 29th Street, according to property records. The financing package includes a $153 million building loan and a $33 million project loan.
