Cammeby’s International Group bought a residential complex in Kew Gardens for $22.7 million, according to documents filed with the city Friday. The property, located at 83-15 Lefferts Boulevard, is located near the corner of Lefferts Boulevard and Metropolitan Avenue, near Maple Grove Park.
