Eran Polack’s HAP Investments filed plans Thursday for a 41-unit, 19-story condo project in Tribeca. The building will span slightly more than 77,000 square feet, split between about 74,000 square feet of residential space and 3,000 square feet of commercial space, according to the plans filed with the city’s Department of Buildings.
