Newmark Group rejects Cushman & Wakefield takeover offer

Newmark Group recently rejected a takeover offer from rival Cushman & Wakefield. Newmark was not interested in the deal, in part because Cushman carries a high debt load, sources with knowledge of the offer told Bloomberg News.
