Virtual brokerage eXp Realty is growing by nearly 200 agents in South Florida with the acquisition of Kurz Real Estate, The Real Deal has learned. It’s the latest move in Florida by Bellingham, Washington-based eXp, which entered the Sunshine State nine years ago. “We are one of the largest brokerages to merge with eXp.
