Greenwich’s top broker jumps to Houlihan Lawrence

The top broker in tony Greenwich, Connecticut is switching teams. Joy Kim Metalios’ team has moved from William Raveis Real Estate to Houlihan Lawrence, the brokerage announced Tuesday.
