Brooklyn’s resi market saw 20 contracts close above $2M last week: Stribling

There were 20 contracts signed in Brooklyn’s luxury market last week for the second week in a row, an indication that the market may have reached a turning point after slowing throughout the year. The properties were worth about $63.6 million overall and were split between 10 townhouses, seven condos and three co-ops.
