House sales dominated Brooklyn’s luxury market last week

The Brooklyn luxury market saw just eight contracts signed last week, split between seven houses and one co-op. The properties sold for about $23.6 million overall and went for an average price of about $2.9 million, according to the latest report from Stribling & Associates.
