Brooklyn luxury market saw 21 contracts signed to close out June

The Brooklyn luxury market saw 21 contracts signed during the last week of June, split between 11 houses, eight condos and two co-ops. The properties sold for about $55.9 million overall and went for an average price of about $2.7 million, according to the latest report from Stribling & Associates.
