Long Island City’s hotel boom continues with plans for 385-key project

Long Island City’s hotel boom is not slowing down. Developer Dun Zhang filed permits with the Department of Buildings on Friday for a 15-story, 385-key hotel in the neighborhood at 37-10 10th Street. The project will span about 100,000 square feet and replace a one-story industrial building. Zhang did not respond to a request for comment. Architect Gene Kaufman will design the hotel.
