The Gramercy Park home that belonged to late “Cars” frontman Ric Ocasek and his wife, supermodel Paulina Porizkova, has gone into contract asking $10 million. The 23.5-foot wide property has five bedrooms, 20-foot-high ceilings and a private garden. It was originally listed in 2016 for $15.25 million.
