As if the drama behind the Mountain of Beverly Hills couldn’t get any more convoluted, here come the Feds. The U.S. Department of Justice filed a lawsuit on Friday to seize the property, alleging it was purchased with part of $105 million embezzled from the Kuwaiti government by three high-ranking officials in Kuwait’s Ministry of Defense.
