The buyer entity, 220 CPS International LLC, is associated with two attorneys. The buyer’s attorney is named as Alejandro García-Villalpando of Akerman LLP, who has bar admissions in both New York and Mexico. Meanwhile, the sole manager of the LLC itself is Robert R.
