Software company Unqork is subleasing almost 40,000 square feet of space on Fifth Avenue. The firm, which focuses on app development, has leased just under 40,000 square feet from Univision Communications at L&L Holding Company’s 114 Fifth Avenue, according to sources familiar with the deal.
