The Gould estate is in contract to sell a 17-story office building along Lexington Avenue in NoMad for north of $90 million, The Real Deal has learned. The buyer is the Gorjian brothers’ Gorjian Real Estate Group, sources familiar with the deal said. The price per square foot would come out to about $700.
