In its annual letter to investors Friday, Vornado Realty Trust chairman Steve Roth said he had a “handshake” deal to sell the company’s 49.5 percent stake in 666 Fifth Avenue to the buildings other partial owner, Kushner Companies. Bloomberg was the first to report the news. Reports surfaced in February that the two companies had entered talks on such a sale.
